No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call to obtain an RMA number and return shipping instructions. Shipping charges are not refundable, and all returns must be pre-paid shipping, we do not accept COD’s. Items must be in original packaging and without damage of any kind. All refundable, and all returns must be returned with prepaid shipping. All refunds will be issued in 7-10 days in the same manner the transaction was made. Cash will be returned via company check. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Custom equipment, special-order items and electrical items are non-refundable. Pressure washers are not returnable (repair, warranty only applies).
Hazmat items and chemicals are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
POWER CLEANING SYSTEMS DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, VALIDITY, ACCURACY, THE CONTENT OF THE SITE OR ANY OTHER WEB SITE LINKED TO OR FROM SAID SITE.
